Graphic Design Courses for High School Students
American Graphics Institute summer courses for high school students are a unique opportunity for students ages 13-18 to gain skills in graphic design, web design, or web development. Each multi-week summer program consists of hands-on, project-based computer courses led by professional instructors, learning modern web programming skills, or understanding programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Final Cut Pro. Small class sizes provide a focused, encouraging learning environment for students of all skill levels. Class sizes in the summer programs for high school students range from 8 to 12 total, and the maximum student-to-teacher ratio is 8:1. Senior staff at American Graphics Institute started this unique program after receiving interest from their own children in the courses and workshops delivered at AGI. Summer programs are led by experienced professionals, and delivered in the same classrooms that are used for corporate professional development programs during the rest of the year.
