Also he was very open to help share tops and tricks and offer up cheat sheet locations and libraries to help expand our further practice. A wonderful class and intro to SketchUp. Impressive and thanks! Perfectly paced, well organized, in sequential order and understandable. We moved right along. Nicely illustrated and helpful. The class setup was great!"

"We had a private Sketchup workshop for our team and itwas fantastic! Michael worked very hard to fit in all of our questions and topics that we wanted to learn into the time frame given and was able to connect what we needed to learn back to the basics and into the flow of his lesson plan. I wish we could have had more time to keep going forward with the program into even more advanced training. We were fortunate to have a private class which enabled us to be more specific in our training and gear the class towards our particular field of work. Michael made it easy for us to understand and grasp the material as well as teaching us all of the fundamentals of the program. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and was excited to put his teachings into reality at my job. I would definitely recommend AGI to anyone trying to learn this program and I am interested in taking more classes. All of the exercises and training created a flow of work that built off of the fundamentals Michael taught us and that made things easy to move forward into more complicated exercises. The facilities were great and easy to get to. Computers functioned well with no issues. We had our own space which made learning easier. It was nice to have access to the kitchen the next room over for tea, coffee and water."

"The instructor was clearly knowledgeable of the subject matter. I had to use the Web based program, because there was a technical issue with the mouse not properly working. There was a lag time for the left and right click commands. And the system was not operating effectively. Sketch-Up should correct this technical issue. It was reported over a year ago according to Google searches conducted therefore it is a well known issue that should be re-solved. NA."

"Extremely patient and easy to understand. We got stuck on a few topics for a half hr or more to help a student catch-up that was either having difficulty with their program, computer, or came in late. Maybe a thought to have places people can start from to catch up more quickly instead of reviewing the entire process over again for an extended period of time, while the other students wait for that one person. Hard to say when we're online I know, and everyone learns differently. Michael was always willing to listen, share screens, and review topics. I don't think anyone in our class felt as though they couldn't ask a questions at any time. We didn't really use the training materials, as it was all hands on. The materials really seem like something to use later on if needed. It was nice to be able to see what the class would be going over before the class started. We went to 50 minutes one day where we could not get ahold of Michael. The class could hear each other but he could not hear us. We had to review everything from the beginning because we couldn't keep up from the start. It would've been nice to have Michaels contact info, or a method to contact him other than the GOTOMeeting chat. We ended up getting ahold of him through other contacts."

"I took the Sketchup class because I attended a college majoring in interior design. The students all use Sketchup, but we have to teach ourselves since there is no class offered. I bet a ton of students would be interested in taking this online class at the beginning of the semester so learning the program themselves isnt so challenging, and so their projects could look better sooner using the skills they learned."

We covered best practices information and useful labs while answering all of my individual, specific questions that relate to my job. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and AGI to other Sketchup users working at any level. Thank you so much for the thorough, enjoyable training session! It was also useful that AGI sent me the actual class files to help me remember all that I learned. I am pretty low tech, so I could have used a bit more specific instruction on how to set up my on-line class session. Overall I liked the class so much that I've shared the class info with my boss."

"Micheal was terrific! There was only two of us in the Sketch up class, so we zipped right along and had some terrific discussions. Micheal was always ready to address any of our questions, even those that sometimes took us off topic a bit. I enjoyed the discussions about the use of Sketch-up in industry. It was nice to hear that Sketch up is a program used widely by professional who you would think would prefer using Revit. It was validating that by taking this training, I am on the right track. I really enjoyed the class and can't wait to get started using the skills. I plan to be back for the advanced Sketch up class once I get the hang of the basics."
