Exceptional Captivate class! Patti approaches her training in a way that you can't help but learn and understand not only how to use the application, but why. She is thoughtful, thorough, really knows her stuff... and I came away from the class feeling completely prepared to jump to the next level in Captivate. Wonderful experience! Taking this course online was just as easy as in-person. I took Intro to Captivate in person, and there was no difference in the online experience - very easy to follow.
