Dreamweaver training class - Introduction

I am leaving the Dreamweaver course confidently, knowing I will be able to apply what I learned today in the future. I work in government so this training is applicable to my fieldand was very interesting! Great, well-working equipment and clean environment. The teacher Dave is very knowledgeable and helped me understand so much.

So much material was covered in the Dreamweaver training and Jonathan did his best to answer questions along the way. I like that I can re-take the class because there was a lot of information to absorb and I'm new to web coding. I took the class online and one person had an older version which Jonathan would address when there were differences.

I took the Dreamweaver class online and was surprised at how interactive the online training was. David took care to make sure we were all involved. It was also helpful to be able to see other students' screens throughout the training when they had questions or wanted to share, which is a special benefit of the online platform.

Greg was very personable and very patient. I'm self taught in Dreamweaver and have developed some habits that aren't great. He explained the processes to me very clearly. This helped me to gain a more thorough understanding of why certain steps were required. I find this type of learning more meaningful than simply trying to remember a bunch of commands and keyboard shortcuts. It helps me to retain the information when I have a little background, and Greg presented the material in a thorough, but not overwhelming manner.

It was an absolute pleasure having this class taught by David. He had reached out to me before the class and tailored the class to my needs. He was patient in explaining various concepts and particularly sharing his screen enhanced my learning experience. David would refer to the training outline several times so I knew exactly where I was in the process. He was FANTASTIC! This class had a hands-on approach and "watching over my shoulder" eased my fears of making errors and really helped me get immersed in the class. I had doubts about taking a dreamweaver class online, but the technology was excellent and much of that can be attributed to the quality of the instruction. I can only describe the one-on-one experience with him as incredibly positive and beneficial to my work and personal goals.
