UX Design Project Course

Jennifer has a Masters of Science degree in Human Factors Information Design and teaches at Boston University. She has been named a Microsoft MVP on three occasions for her work in the user experience field. She works as a UX design consultant with retailers, apparel companies, luxury brands, and technology companies. 

She has delivered UX design training for major technology companies around the globe. She has been a speaker at the UXPA International conference, at Microsoft Build, and for Microsoft's employees at their internal Microsoft TechReady event. She is the author of more than 20 books on software design tools including Creative Cloud for Dummies. Jennifer also has a B.A. degree in Communication Design in addition to her Master's degree. Jennifer is founder of American Graphics Institute.

Grace has an MS in Human Factors Information Design and and a bachelor's degree in Digital Communications. She teaches at St. Olaf College when not leading classes at AGI, where she teaches UX and data courses, including Excel. Prior to joining AGI she managed a UX research lab.

Shirley received her Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University and her Master of Liberal Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard University Extension. She did her undergraduate work at Bentley University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting.

She has a proven track record of using and working with data in her research role, delivering user-centric solutions and managing cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance user experience. Outside of teaching she has worked as UX researcher and has proven track record as a project manager which is useful in coordinating custom training projects.
