Adobe Creative Cloud Workshops in Boston

American Graphics Institute has partnered with General Assembly to offer a series of three full-day training workshops for Adobe’s Creative Cloud in Boston. These full-day workshops will be held at General Assembly’s location in Boston and delivered by staff from American Graphics Institute. The sessions are open to the public, and can be taken individually, or as a group.
The Creative Cloud workshop series starts with a full day Photoshop Workshop in Boston, led by Jennifer Smith, the author of Adobe Creative Cloud for Dummies and Photoshop Digital Classroom. The workshop is designed for those who are either new to Photoshop or who have never had any formal training. The training covers how to use Photoshop for both online and print images, and includes retouching, color correction, and combining images and text. The Photoshop workshop is being held January 27 at General Assembly.

Adobe Illustrator Essentials is the second workshop. It covers the use of this graphic design tool for creating artwork for web and print use, from wireframes and diagrams to logos, icons, brochures, and flyers. This workshop is also led by Jennifer Smith, who is also the author of the Adobe Illustrator Digital Classroom, and has written official Illustrator textbooks for Adobe Systems. The Creative Cloud workshop series in Boston concludes with the InDesign Workshop on February 10. This full-day InDesign seminar covers how to create a wide range of documents using InDesign. From brochures and presentations to marketing materials, advertisements, and magazines, you’ll discover how to use InDesign to create professional looking materials. This workshop is led by American Graphics Institute Senior Instructor Greg Heald, a contributing author to the InDesign Digital Classroom and more than 10 other books on Adobe’s Creative Cloud tools. An expert on web analytics and digital marketing, he also delivers Google Analytics classes along with workshops on digital marketing topics. Christopher did his undergraduate studies the at the University of Minnesota, and then worked for Quark, Inc. prior to joining American Graphics Institute where he has worked for more than 20 years.
