Google Analytics Bootcamp for GA4 - Introduction rating: 5 stars from 55 reviewers
"Chris was a great instructor and this Google Analytics training was really helpful to me. He went a little overtime at the very end of the day, but it was because of specific questions from the participants. He answered every question clearly and in a way that related directly to each participants job and website. " - Kelley B

Google Analytics Bootcamp for GA4
Google Analytics 4 Bootcamp Details
The Google Analytics 4 bootcamp teaches both configuration and reporting using the most current version of Google Analytics. The course starts with Google Analytics setup, whether a new installation of GA4 or migrating to Google Analytics 4 from Universal Analytics. The class includes details for ensuring GA4 is collecting data and transitioning from Universal Analytics. The course also covers reporting using GA4, including standard reports for understanding how visitors arrived and what visitors did while visiting. The course also covers configuring goals to specify objectives for visitors on the site, and understanding which visitors are most likely to take desirable actions, whether this includes buying, registering, donating, reading content, or other items.
The Google Analytics 4 bootcamp is primarily for those with some previous Google Analytics experience, who are transitioning to GA4. The separate, introductory Google Analytics Course provides similar information but with more context for those users who are new to Google Analytics.
This is a one-day Google Analytics course, occurs on a regular schedule, and is also available as a private course.
If you are interested in only Google Analytics reporting or only Google Analytics setup, there are available courses for just these topics, along with a course on the older Universal Analytics. You can review all Google Analytics Training options.
In this course, participants understand how to set up Google Analytics 4 and work with GA4 reporting, including:
- Migrating to Google Analytics 4 from Universal Analytics.
- Configuring and setup for GA4 to confirm data is collected correctly.
- Understanding Events and specifying Conversion Events
- Migrating Goals from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics.
- Understanding audience reporting including the location, demographics, and devices used by visitors.
- Using source acquisition reporting to understand what brought visitors to a site, including social media, advertising, and search engines.
- Interpret user behavior through Google Analytics reports detailing on-page actions
- Understanding visitor flow from page to page and action taken on each page
All public Google Analytics 4 training sessions are limited in size to provide the opportunity to get your questions answered. For highly involved, site-specific issues, AGI offers Google Analytics consulting. Learn actionable information, including how to find and use reports that meet the objectives of your organization. Learn with hands-on projects, and live hands-on use of Google Analytics. Use your own analytics account, or use an account provided for the course.
This Google Analytics bootcamp covers both Google Analytics 4 setup and reporting. Whether planning a new GA4 setup or migrating from Universal Analytics, the Google Analytics Bootcamp provides a comprehensive way to learn GA4.
The audience for this Google Analytics training workshop ranges from marketing professionals, UX professionals, web designers, web developers, agencies, and analytics professionals who need to make sure Google Analytics 4 is operational and also understand reporting. Participants should already have access to a Google Analytics account and the ability to log-in to access the account before attending this course.
