How do you automatically add pages to a document when text exceeds the primary text frame?
Choose the Smart Reflow option in the Type preference. Set to End of Story
Right+click on the primary text box in a document and choose Smart Reflow
Hold down the option key and while clicking on the Primary text frame
Choose File > Document Set-up and check Primary Text Frame. Text will automatically flow to new pages with that option selected
